Toll Group, GeoDrill Australia and Sunshine Coast Coldstores are just some of the well-known names choosing to build at Chevallum Industrial Park in South East Queensland.

Located in the rapidly growing Sunshine Coast region, the Chevallum Industrial Park land release offers a broad scope of opportunity thanks to unmatched flexibility of design and construct options and a variety of lot sizes, ranging from 1,500m² to 5,168m².

A new build at Chevallum Industrial Park offers buyers the opportunity to consider and invest in long term future growth requirements.

Benefits include permissible construction of freestanding buildings with a 12-metre building height limit, and an allowable site coverage of 65% (STCA), while level building platforms allow for easy site access and egress.

Buyers enjoy the additional practical and economic benefits that come with the ability to maximise their commercial footprint, through the absence of bioretention basin requirements.

Infrastructure credits of approximately $28,335 also apply.

Master-planned to accommodate a variety of industrial uses, the Park offers convenient access to the Bruce Highway, and 20-metre wide roads approved for B-Double use throughout the site.

Significant existing infrastructure provides the ideal foundation from which a range of enterprises can grow, without the pressure of looming deadlines or restrictive building covenants.

Managing Director of GeoDrill Australia, Tom Partleton, said the company chose Chevallum Industrial Park following a period of growth.

Mr Partleton said, “We needed a larger premises and wanted to create an environment where people would be proud to come to work. Where people would be proud to tell their families and friends, ‘that’s where I work’.

“We purchased two lots – 3,800m² and 3,500m² – meaning we will occupy the second biggest site at the industrial park after Toll Group.

Fully equipped with high-speed internet and utilities, the park offers a solution focused approach for businesses looking to build in this central location – only 15 minutes to the heart of Maroochydore, and 45 minutes to Brisbane CBD.

Orchy Ice Coldstores Owner/Director, Jamie Ramia, said the Australian family owned company is looking forward to expanding its cold storage facilities to the Sunshine Coast in response to demand.

“The additional space the Chevallum site offers us is a benefit, and it gives us an opportunity for a new build in establishing Sunshine Coast Coldstores.

“Large lot sizes are difficult to find. We purchased two lots, all up about 3,900m² – just under an acre.

“The central location is a big one too. We’ve got customers that will bring product to us at Chevallum from Brisbane.

“We’re hoping to be in by the end of the year, for the summer period.”

Centrally located in the heart of the booming Sunshine Coast, Chevallum Industrial Park offers a winning combination of characteristics and an unmissable opportunity for easy access to Brisbane, the greater Sunshine Coast region and South East Queensland.
